Anyone
under 12 years old must have parents or legal guardian in attendance within the
park. |

All
operators under the age of 18, with no parent or legal guardian in attendance
must have both parents sign a notarized Consent and Release Form. |

All ATV and motorcycle operators must
complete required forms and pay appropriate fees at the park office immediately
upon entering the park. |

|
ATV’s and motorcycles are not to
exceed 5 mph while in parking lot and are to proceed in a safe and controlled
manner to the trail area. |

Every ATV and motorcycle must meet
state and federal noise and air pollution standards. |

|
All operators must wear appropriate
safety equipment while riding on rails or track courses. As a minimum, operators must have a helmet,
eye protection and appropriate footwear.
Riding privileges may be denied if park attendant determine an operator
is not meeting minimum safety requirements in their attire. |

Riding outside designated areas will
result in expulsion from the park for that day.
A 2nd offense may result in suspension of riding privileges
for 30 days at the park attendant’s discretion.
A 3rd offense may result in suspension for the balance of the
year. |

All operators shall operate their
vehicles in a safe and controlled manner and respect the rights of others using
the trails and facilities. Operators
shall obey all signs that direct vehicular traffic or established rules for
park use.

|
Misuse or abuse of park equipment and
facilities will result in expulsion from the park and suspension of riding
privileges for up to a year at the park attendant’s discretion. Violators will be subject to prosecution for
any damage |

All
litter shall be disposed of in proper waste receptacles. Operators shall be responsible for any debris
caused or left by their vehicles.

|
Fires
are permitted only in grills or in designated sites. |

|
All
pets are to be on a leash or properly restrained to prevent injury or nuisance
to other park patrons. No pets are
allowed in the picnic and playground area. |

Any
personal injury or property damage must be reported to the park attendants. |

|
All
operators must be able to submit proof of age. |

|
All
rules and regulations may be enforced by ordinance or by rules and regulations
established by the State of Wisconsin Statutes.

Dyracuse
Park has an absolute sobriety rule. An
ATV or motorcycle operator shall consume no alcohol. IF YOU DRINK, YOU CANNOT RIDE!!!!! |

The
Town of Rome is not liable for any loss or injury. |

|
Violation
of park rules and regulations will result in: 1st offense-expulsion
from the park for that day. A 2nd
offense may result in suspension of riding privileges for 30 days at the
park. A
3rd offense may result in suspension for the balance of the year. |

No
three-wheelers are allowed in the Park. |

Passengers
are not allowed on ATV’s or motorcycles. |
