If a Grey Oaks pup fails to receive a passing OFA or Cerf rating by the age of 26 months, you may be eligible for a replacement pup. Providing the following stipulations are also met. 

A) Grey Oaks  must be within the registered AKC name.
B) The dog must be owned by the original buyer.
C) The dog must not have sired or whelped a litter.

Grey Oaks Reserves the right that a second opinion by our vet, or a vet of our choosing be ordered.

Grey Oaks reserves the right that the affected dog be returned to us, reserves the right that the affected dog be ordered to be spayed or neutered AND/OR that
the AKC papers be ordered returned to us, signed over.
The Above will be determined on a case to case basis.

There will be no cash refunds.
