Welcome to our show!
Welcome to the 32nd year of water skiing with the Shermalot Water Ski Show Team! It is with great excitement that I welcome you to this year’s show Ski-Ghostbusters.

Shermalot’s story begins in the summer of 1975 when a group of devoted water skiers banded together to share their enthusiasm of the sport. The Shermalot Show Team completed their 31st year of providing entertainment to hundreds of people throughout Adams County and the State. Shermalot is the third longest continuous running water ski show team in the State of Wisconsin. Shermalot has also been a major tourism attraction to the Adams County Town of Rome performing two shows a week since 1982.

Throughout the years, the Shermalot family has grown. A focus on family-orientated activities has built many lifelong friendships that go far beyond winding ropes and building pyramids together. Some of our founding members of the team are still active and many second and third generation family members participate in the shows. Shermalot is committed to advocating leadership to our youth through the family participation.

A passion for achieve excellence has led Shermalot to perform many first time acts including the first shoe-ski gainer, Doubles/Swivel hot pick-up, and our signature barefoot pyramids. Through our pursuit of excellence many of our members have been rewarded recognition at State, National, or World Championships: including Jennifer Calleri-Schwenk who is an eight time National and four time world champion in women’s barefooting and a member of the Water Ski Hall of Fame. Through their passion of the sport many members have been recruited by professional ski shows in Europe, Australia, Asia and the United States.

As Shermalot continues to commit itself to making our community a better place through family- focused entertainment, community service, and leadership advocacy in youth we hope that you enjoy the show. With your continued support, we can offer fun, healthy, and safe activities for the youth in the area. So sit back and relax and appreciate the countless hours our volunteers have put into our club by creating a show for you to enjoy. We invite you to become a part of our family every time you attend one of our shows.
